Refunds & Returns
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Read this first. This site sells nothing, takes no payment and issues no refund. Every order is placed on the seller's own checkout. A refund is requested there, granted there and paid there.
The seller's 60 day money back guarantee
The seller states a 60 day money back guarantee on its offer page. That is a commercial promise made by the seller, not a legal right, and the conditions belong to the seller. On the day we wrote this page the seller's own policy said: contact its customer service within 60 days of the purchase, obtain a return authorisation before sending anything back, and pay the return postage yourself unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item. Read the seller's refund page at the checkout before you order, and keep the confirmation email.
The seller's customer service was listed as healthvaliora@gmail.com and 1-800-909-4371 (a United States number).
Your legal rights, country by country
The guarantee above sits on top of whatever the law already gives you. It never replaces it. Bear in mind that these rules apply to the seller, and the seller is based in the United States: a UK or Irish consumer can rely on them, but enforcing them across a border can be slower and harder than against a local shop. In practice the seller's own 60 day guarantee is the quickest route.
| Country | What the law gives you |
|---|---|
| United Kingdom | Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Sealed goods that are unsealed for health or hygiene reasons can be excluded, so do not open the bottle if you intend to cancel. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 also covers goods that are faulty or not as described. Citizens Advice and Trading Standards can help. |
| Ireland | Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, as applied in Ireland, you normally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, with the same exception for sealed goods unsealed after delivery. The Consumer Rights Act 2022 also covers goods that are faulty or not as described. The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie) explains these rights. |
If something goes wrong
- Write to the seller first, using the address on your confirmation email. Keep a copy.
- If the seller does not respond, ask your card issuer or PayPal about a chargeback. There is a time limit, so do not leave it.
- If you want to report the seller: Citizens Advice or Trading Standards in the United Kingdom, and the CCPC in Ireland.
Refunds from this site
None are possible, because this site has never charged you anything. If you believe you paid this site, you did not: check the name on your card statement and write to that seller.
